WWX offers competitive multi-city professional wine shipping services for wine traders and collectors who wish to easily transfer their wines between United Kingdom, France, Hong Kong and Singapore. Your wines will be taken care of by reputable freight forwarders and logistics operators. Depending on the urgency of your shipments, you may choose to organize either air or sea freight – both consolidated and on demand options are available. At present we organize international logistics only for selected formats and packing. All WWX shipments are covered by universal insurance coverage.

UNITED KINGDOM TO HONG KONG
The Process
All wines will be shipped by air after Buyers pay in full. They will be collected from temperature-controlled cellars of WWX sellers. Wines will be carefully handled and loaded onto direct, non-stop flights from London to Hong Kong, after which they will be delivered directly to WWX temperature-controlled warehouse. Wines will be dispatched by air-conditioned trucks to WWX buyers’ HK delivery address according to our local delivery schedule. The whole process will take approximately 8 to 12 weeks from the point of Buyer’s full payment. The team is striving to reduce the whole process to a 4 to 8 week timeframe in due course – subject to COVID-related delay improvements and freight frequency.

France to Hong Kong
The Process
All wines will be shipped by air after Buyers pay in full. They will be collected from temperature-controlled cellars of WWX sellers. There are two ways via which wines can be shipped from France to Hong Kong.
Temperature-Controlled Air Forwarder
- Weekly scheduled departures from France to Hong Kong
- Cool Delivery – cool storage supply chain from warehouse to warehouse
- Lead time 10 to 15 working days
- Minimum charge per shipment applies starting from EUR €453.6
- Competitive per-bottle shipping costs for large volume shipments E.g. When you ship 10 cases of 12 x 75cl, per-bottle cost would drop to €4.68.
Courier Express Air
- On demand daily pick up schedule
- Daily departures from France to Hong Kong
- Transit time 3 to 5 working days from warehouse to warehouse
No minimum charge per shipment* - Maximum weight per shipment at 500kg
* Standard case packing 12 x 75cl carries 30 kg per case. If the actual weight comes higher, logistics provider reserves the right to revise the final charge and Buyer bears the responsibility to pay the difference.
Temperature-controlled Reefer Sea Freight
Enjoy competitive temperature-controlled reefer sea freight options between France and Hong Kong starting EUR 6 per bottle when you ship 10 cases or above. Per bottle shipping rate will reduce and can reach as low as EUR 1.2 per bottle. Sea freight will take 3 months from point of release from port to arrival clearance. Your shipment will be fully covered by our comprehensive universal insurance coverage.

Part 2 Local Delivery within Singapore
Local delivery within Singapore are charged according to the below system:
- First 36 bottles: SGD 50 flat rate
- Every 12 bottles on top of the first 36 bottles: SGD 4 per 12 bottles
Part 3 GST and Duties for all wines importing to Singapore
The Singapore Government charges an alcohol tax of SGD 88 per litre of pure alcohol (100%). As an example, for a bottle of wine of 13.5% alcohol, tax payable would be SGD 88 * 0.75 * 13.5% = SGD 8.91.
On top of that, the Singapore Government also levies a Good and Services Tax (GST) of 7% on the import cost of the bottle of wine.
These will all be automatically calculated for you upon checkout and will be included in the final transaction price.
HONG KONG TO SINGAPORE
The Process
All wines will be shipped by air after Buyers pay in full. They will be collected from temperature-controlled cellars of WWX sellers by our dedicated courier partners. Wines will be carefully handled and loaded onto direct, non-stop flights from Hong Kong to Singapore.
Wines will be dispatched by air-conditioned trucks to WWX buyers’ Singapore delivery address according to local delivery schedule. The whole process will take approximately 3 to 5 days from the point of departure from Hong Kong, subject to potential delay caused at Singapore local customs clearance point.

Terms and Conditions for Local Delivery
- Buyers and/or their authorized representative(s) are responsible to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged at the time of collection or delivery otherwise WWX shall have the discretion to refuse your claim(s).
- For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery fee of HK$10 per packing per floor, up to 8 floors.
- There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.
- WWX expressly forbids our delivery agent to deliver / move wines beyond the reception area of any professional wine storage and/or entrance of any residences or privately-owned spaces at the delivery address. WWX is not responsible for any claims arising from deficiencies and/or damage incurred in aforementioned areas.

UNIVERSAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
